Founder, Ericka Aviles, a respected thought leader of the Southern Nevada community is deeply committed to giving back. She created Latinas in Power, a professional statewide network empowering Latina professionals, and serves as a member of various organizations including the International Women’s Forum Nevada Chapter, the Vegas Chamber Executive Women’s Council, as well as the Advisory Board for the Discovery Children’s Museum.
