The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTCSNV) is leading a series of transformative transportation initiatives designed to improve mobility, safety, and access across the Las Vegas Valley. A central focus of these efforts is ensuring that traditionally underserved communities, particularly Hispanic / Latino and other minority populations, are meaningfully engaged in the planning and decision-making process.
