ABOUT ERICKA

Ericka Aviles is a dynamic and passionate leader and connector in the Las Vegas community. Her ongoing curiosity and zest to learn, grow and support her community both personally and professionally led her to form her own award winning boutique firm, Ericka Aviles Consulting, her firm focuses on marketing, communications and community relations efforts.

Ericka and team have helped clients with statewide and regional education and health campaigns, sports marketing, civic engagement and infrastructure projects, by developing strategic plans, partnerships and authentic and effective marketing and outreach tactics tailored to unique communities.

Ericka has over 15 years of experience working in communications, marketing and sales both across private and public sectors including the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority and MGM Resorts International. She currently serves on the boards on the Discovery Children’s Museum Belonging Council, the Vegas Chamber Women’s Executive Council, the Poder Council and the International Women’s Forum Nevada Chapter.

In 2016, Ericka founded Latinas in Power which has grown to 1000+ Latinas from the state of Nevada. LIP’s mission is to provide professional Nevada Latinas with a network to develop their career or life goals, a place to share work and growth opportunities, and to foster relationships with other women who understand the unique challenges and advantages of being a professional Latina.

A product of the Las Vegas and Hispanic | Latino community, Ericka strives to make Nevada a better place to work, play and live in. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two girls, husband, family and friends.
