COMMUNITY PROJECTS AND INITIATIVES

Desert Pines Golf Course Redevelopment

The Desert Pines Golf Course Redevelopment is a transformative project aimed at creating a vibrant, mixed-use community in East Las Vegas. The plan includes affordable and market-rate housing, homeownership opportunities, neighborhood-serving retail, educational facilities, and open space with walking trails and recreational areas.

This Public-Private Partnership, led by McCormack Baron Salazar, Inc. (MBS) and Urban Strategies, Inc. (USI) in collaboration with the City of Las Vegas, will replace the 100-acre golf course with a pedestrian-friendly, multi-generational community designed to enhance the area with high-quality building designs and gathering spaces.

Our community engagement team will be attending events in April and May, stay tuned for dates to come visit our booth.
