For over a decade, EAC’s portfolio has grown to span major transportation, education, healthcare, and community initiatives across Nevada. The EAC  team has led or supported outreach and PR efforts for the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada, City of Henderson, CCSD, Nevada Health Link, NDOT, NDEP, Clark County, and the Nevada State Census, among many others. Regional leaders rely on us to strategize on large-scale multicultural engagement, project management, public education campaigns, and partnership development for institutions such as the College of Southern Nevada, Cristo Rey St. Viator, the Las Vegas Raiders, and the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District. Through these projects, EAC has demonstrated its ability to build community trust, elevate public awareness, and deliver communications strategies that reach historically underserved audiences.

COMPREHENSIVE CLIMATE ANALYSIS FOR NEVADA |
NEVADA DIVISION OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION (NDEP)

The Comprehensive Climate Analysis for Nevada (CCAN) is a statewide initiative that identifies opportunities to reduce greenhouse gas emissions while delivering economic, environmental, and public health benefits for communities across Nevada.

The analysis provides governments, businesses, non-profits, and residents with data-driven insights to support informed climate action, including strategies that improve air quality, create jobs, expand energy independence, and strengthen long-term sustainability.

Community engagement was a key component of the CCAN process, with input gathered through interviews, focus groups, public meetings, and a Technical Working Group of subject-matter experts. This collaborative approach ensured the analysis reflects real community needs and priorities.

The Final CCAN has been submitted to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and is available to the public, along with supporting reports and engagement materials.

CLARK COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT FACILITY MASTER PLAN

Reimagining the Future of Clark County Schools — Together

Ericka Aviles Consulting (EAC) is proud to collaborate with the Clark County School District on its Facility Master Plan (FMP) a long-term, community-driven effort to shape the future of schools, programs, and learning environments across Southern Nevada.
 
This initiative goes beyond buildings. It’s about ensuring students and families have access to modern, innovative schools that meet evolving needs through thoughtful planning around new and renovated facilities, program expansions, grade configurations, and the repurposing of existing campuses.
 
Community voices are central to this process. Over the coming years, input from families, educators, and residents will help inform recommendations that guide implementation beginning in 2031 and beyond.
